Scriabin – Sonata No. 2

The award-winning young pianist, BBC Young Musician finalist and member of Chineke! performs works including Chopinís famous Barcarolle and the sonata Scriabin composed to depict a night-time seascape.

Adam comes from Cheltenham, where he began piano lessons when he was eight. He was a chorister for four years under Adrian Partington at Gloucester Cathedral, and later received a bursary to attend Wells Cathedral School. Currently he is a scholar at the Royal Academy of Music, studying with Christopher Elton. Adam loves sharing music with others, and especially enjoys performing concertos and chamber music. He also likes drama, literature, art and cooking
