Five things to do in Helmsley this half term

Autumn half term is coming… if you’re struggling to think of what to do with the kids, here’s some suggestions of why you should head to Helmsley:

Things to do No. 1
Make the most of the Helmsley Arts Centre. There’s all kinds on this half term from showings of Disney Pixar’s Inside Out, to a Day of Dance, or a mosaic workshop to make your own Arabian Star.

Things to do No. 2
Wow big and little kids alike at the International Centre for Birds of Prey – under 4s go free. Enjoy three flying demonstrations a day, with full commentary, against the spectacular backdrop of the Duncombe Parkland. Stroll round the aviaries, take part in the Hawk Walk and make the most of the play area.
